In our collaborative work in practice-based research, we are committed to:

  • Leading efforts to partner with health systems and other communities to align missions, engage in high value projects, use rigorous research methods, and share results with stakeholders.
  • Engaging with multiple stakeholders including patients, caregivers, healthcare professionals, funders, policy makers, and others in all aspects of our work.
  • Continuing to develop and expand the translational science workforce by mentoring and partnering with diverse learners and stakeholders.
  • Continuously working to achieve health equity by engaging with community and academic partners in the design, implementation and dissemination of research studies.
