NCNC is pleased to announce our presentations for the 2016 North American Primary Care Research Group (NAPCRG) Practice-based Research Network (PBRN) conference July 11-12, 2016 in Bethesda Maryland.

We will have several oral presentations from several of our research projects including the Heart Healthy Lenoir Study which was a collaboration between the PBRNS from UNC and ECU and the ADAPT-NC study which used different dissemination strategies to help practices implement a shared decision making tool for asthma patients which was a collaboration of all the PBRNs in the consortium across the state of NC.

Additionally we will present three posters including two of our research studies. The ADAPT-NC project and the Monitor Trial at UNC which compares non-insulin dependent type II diabetics who were randomized to monitor their blood glucose daily with those who do not.
